SHIPPING & HANDLING (CONTINENTAL USA)
All orders require Approx. 24 business hours for processing prior to being shipped from the warehouse. This time may vary during busy seasons such as the Holidays.

The Alexia Meditation Seat Team takes pride in offering high quality products to enhance your Home, Work and your wellbeing. We want you to be satisfied. If by any reason you are not happy with your Alexia Meditation Seat, then you can return it for a full refund on the cost of the products. A full product refund would also depend on the following:
- In the event there is any manufacturing defect on your Alexia Meditation Seat you may return your unused product by contacting us within 10 days for an “easy” return authorization.
- The product(s) has not been in the possession of the customer for longer than 2 weeks.
- We are unable to reimburse shipping costs in either direction.
- Returned product must be received within 14 days of return request in new condition with original packaging intact.
- The Alexia Meditation Seat will refund 100% of your purchase, less all shipping and handling charges.
- Items returned without original packaging or in conditions other than new, may be refused and/or subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.
- Customers that refuse a shipment upon delivery will be responsible for the return shipping costs, any damage during transit, and a restocking fee of up to 25%.
- Orders cancelled prior to shipping are subject to a 15% handling/restocking fee. All sales final after 30 days.
- All non-defective items returned are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Freight on merchandise being returned to Supplier is to be prepaid.
The Alexia Meditation Seat offers 30-day guarantee from date you purchase it, on the unlikely event that any manufacturing defects may occur with our products. PLEASE NOTE: There is a weight limit of approx. 300 Lbs. on our seats. As they are low to the ground, it is imperative that you not “plop” into them from high up, but rather gently lower yourself into it.
